 Some observations from life's experiences: ​

  • Concentration: Extreme concentration while doing something is the secret to immense results. There are many ways to achieve this.
 
  • Reason: For everything in life, understanding your reason behind it helps. I call this step zero. Know your why. Without a real good reason, it is hard to sustain and improve our journey. 
 
  • Length: Deciding how long we will continue doing something has a profound impact. Be it building a startup. Or picking a habit. Or even a hobby. The ultimate way to compound your success is to decide to do something for life.  ​
 
  • Friendship: Be in touch with your friends. Decide your method to do the same. It could be one-on-one or group meetings. Virtual or in-person. Chat or phone. If you have lost touch with someone, start with a simple message. Keep growing your friend circle. Value is almost immeasurable. ​
 
  • Inputs: Reach out to specific people for inputs on a regular basis. Take inputs in almost every aspect of life. You will course correct and save a tremendous amount of time, pain, and money. ​
 
  • Diet: Go for the absolute best you can. Having good food and beverages is one of the simplest pleasures of life. And you can enjoy it every day of your life many times a day. Don't be stingy here either with effort, money, and knowledge.​ ​
 
  • Movement: Get moving. Start now without thinking. Small is good. Erratic is fine. Keep going. Get better at a slow pace, fast isn't always good. Our body design is for regular movement. We aren't made to go into hibernation for months. It will add years or even decades to your life.
