Some observations from life's experiences:
- Heat: It is okay to take and give heat in relationships. Be it at work or in personal life. How it happens determines how the relationship will fare in the future. Avoid being a jerk. It proves expensive in the future.
- Customization: Customization is personalization. Personalization is differentiation. Differentiation is power. Power yields money. Personalize stuff around you. Adapt everything to yourself. Or you adapt to the environment your way. You will jump into the next life orbit right away. And after a point, you might even fall in love with your craftsmanship.
- Drive: If you need constant motivation, you have picked the wrong line. Go back to the drawing board. If you pick something that inspires you, artificial resistance will disappear. You will feel light and energized to go all the time. Use tiredness as a test to see if you keep going.
- Reason: Many people do not like to negotiate. This leads to getting dinged in life. They avoid confrontation. If you are one of these, think of negotiation as a way to reason. Reason with your point of view. Speak out your mind and you will cut out the no hard selling or the typical push. It is fruitful to learn this simple skill. Remember there are jerks around us who will try to put you in a corner all the time. It is their modus operandi. Simple ability to reason will get you past these jokers.
